"A Flight of Fancy" is an inversion of the Icarus story. Icarus was warned not to fly too close to the sun and, when he did, his wings melting led to his demise. "A Flight of Fancy" however urges us not to be afraid to take on new challenges and that imposed barriers are often only in our heads.
